If the landlord had tried at least a little, it would have improved my impression of the accommod...

Close to all the interesting places in the area, easy access by car, plenty of parking space (we had 2 cars). The grill was nice.

Complete ignorance on the part of the landlord. I wrote that the internet was not working; they said I should send a photo of the router, I did and until departure no effort was made to solve it. The wardrobes were not ventilated, quite musty (otherwise the accommodation was clean). Quite a lot of noise from the road, especially from motorbikes; the long straight uphill is tempting to step on the gas...

Bello il trullo, ma senza acqua corrente...

Casa e cortile / giardino spaziosi, begli ambienti. Cucina fornita.

Manutenzione davvero scadente. Il primo giorno mi è rimasta in mano una maniglia, il tappo del lavandino era chiuso e bloccato, la batteria del modem staccata e prossima all'esplosione. Al terzo giorno siamo rimasti senza acqua corrente (senza poter usare i servizi igienici, lavare, cucinare...) con due bambine piccole e l'agenzia si è mossa con una lentezza imbarazzante per risolvere il problema, che si è protratto dalle 2 di notte alle 18.30 del giorno dopo. La casa è stata di fatto inagibile per un'intera giornata.
