About this condo rental
Located in Canandaigua Lake, this attractive condo for $375 per night is a great choice for your next break. 5 night minimum stay during the summer. Ask about discounts for renting over a week and needing less rooms! Closest building to elevator for the beach and dock area! We are also not providing linens due to covid but everything else you need to run a household is provided. South Bristol Short-Term Rental Number: 2022-0016 You have access to the following in our resort: beach (kayaks are not for public use), tennis, pickle ball, basketball, playground area, fire pit by request (You are responsible for wood , distinguishing and cleaning of fire.) 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom with bonus area...ask about price adjustments if only using two levels! Have a unique experience in this three level condo that is nestled into a cliff allowing for breath taking lake views both up and down the lake! There is something magical about being surrounded by mountains and water. Start your morning with coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise over the mountains glistening on the water while you soak up the view and breathe in the cleansing fresh lake air. You can rent a boat, water bike, canoe, fish, paddleboard, hike or go to a winery. If you do not feel like being on the water today, just go up the road less than a quarter mile and play tennis, pickle ball, volleyball and basketball. You can also walk a mile to the Heron Hill tasting room or wait for Saturday night when the pizza food truck comes and enjoy the music and a bottle wine. If you decide to go ten to fifteen minutes away, we love the artsy village of Naples! Along the way, you can stop at antique shops and wineries. When you come home nestle with a good book by the two story stone fireplace or star gaze. We are the top level condo and you can see for miles! This what we love to do. I dare you to find a shooting star! This easy-living layout has a large eating and living area allowing for conversation to flow along with two TV areas. This is nice for families with children or groups that want a girls and guys night. The balcony holds eight for dinner and more for drinks. Each season has its unique charm. The summer here is obvious. What we enjoy most about being half way down the lake is that the lake traffic is less. However, if you want the hustle and bustle just take your boat down to the top of the lake and tie it off at Inn by the Lake to have dinner or a drink. You can always just float by the beach and when you get hot jump in to cool off or go water skiing! There is so much to do you will never want to go home, at least that is what we have found! Bristol Mountain, where you will find wonderful snowboarding, downhill skiing and snow shoeing! There is nothing like hiking the State parks in the fall. There are so many choices around the Finger Lakes and many of them include grand waterfalls. There are also other adventures to tackle such as the zip line courses or the water park. We have become famous for our wine trails but the cheese and beer trails are also making their mark. If it rains, check out the casino and race track! Whatever your style, you will find something to enjoy at Bristol Harbour! So let our home be yours and let us help you create memories you will never forget! This was a lovely property, with a lovely view. Close enough to all of the wine trails and attractions we wanted to visit this weekend. Well worth a repeat visit.

This was a great place to experience the Finger Lakes. Drivable to lots of things to do in fall, incredible views, and an easy place to stay: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions. We hope to go back again!

The views from this condo are exceptional. It’s like being in a treehouse. The condo itself is in need a a bit of updating as well as the grounds. There was a lot of “caution” tape up (garage are and stairs to beach). Without the FOB, access to the beach was not possible as the previous renter forgot to leave it. Having to bring linens and towels was inconvenient and didn’t seem appropriate for COVID reasons, as beach towels, pillows and blankets were supplied. Paper products were told to be available, but only Pap are bowls and 1/2 roll of paper towels were there. There was also a note to owner from previous renters left on counter and personal products in the bath. One ceiling fan was unable to be used due to noise.

Had a great time with 8 adults in this very nice and spacious condo with a magnificent view of the lake. The location is very close to the elevator down to the beach and swimming area, with short drives to both Naples and Canandaigua.

All 5 star but... A beautiful place, but having only 2 parking spaces available on site - daytime and nighttime - proved awkward and inconvenient. The condo accommodates 8 guests most comfortably otherwise. Owner responsive and helpful to the degree possible. Beautiful lake views and inviting beach.

Bristol Harbour is a beautiful location on Canandaigua Lake. The view of the water cannot be beat. We missed the note that you had to request linens separately, would definitely highlight that when someone makes a reservation.

My family had a wonderful stay! We had a few questions during our stay and the owners promptly and politely answered our questions. It was our first time to the Finger Lakes region and we were able to navigate to easily to attractions between Seneca Lake and Rochester. Everything was also working and functioning properly during our stay. Highly recommend it.

The condo was lovely, well stocked, clean. The deck overlooking the lake had the best view ever! Also enjoyed the beach and swimming and a wonderful evening campfire. Spacious accommodations, owners very responsive and helpful. Can't wait to to join our friends again at this lovely getaway.

From the time you walk in the door you can see the lake! The balcony had plenty of space to sit outside to gather together. The inside had plenty of space & the huge table was even better to sit around to eat.

This is a beautiful unit perched overlooking the lake. There is lots to do In the area but it’s also great got just hanging around and relaxing. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, lots of space for a family (and room too if your kids want up bring a friend).

We had a lovely time. We really enjoyed the beach and lake area. It was close enough for us to enjoy a concert an CMAC and also several wineries and breweries. There was something for all age ranges and the family had a wonderful time!

BACK TO OUR BELOVED LAKE
Overall the property was comfortable. We had 6 adults, ages 60-82 in our group. We were not notified of this until the day we arrived that the main floor toilet was not working, and it was never repaired for the five days we were there. At my age of 80, it was hard to have to navigate stairs to go to the bathroom for 5 days and nights. Also, the wifi service was unacceptable, and the television reception was intermittent. While our host responded to my emails, there was nothing that could be done to improve things. Having a family wedding one day and an all day pontoon boat ride around the lake another provided us with an opportunity to access the internet. Unknown to us before arriving was the fact that the master bedroom had an elevated bed that required a step up. Again, age came into play here. The condo was spacious and the patio provided us with our longed for views of the lake while enjoying our early morning coffee as well as our evening conversations. The only thing we missed was what we grew up with on the east side of the lake--the spectacular sunsets!

This property had gorgeous views of the lake. It was very spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We enjoyed skiing at Bristol Mountain which was only about 15 minutes away. We appreciated that the owner communicated with us promptly. I highly recommend this property!

This condo is right on lake Canandaigua and it has outstanding views from the living room, balcony and upper bedroom. The condo was very clean and spacious and everyone in my party kept commenting on how well stocked the kitchen is. There are plenty of dishes and silverware, wonderful glassware, and a great coffee maker, to name a few. There were also trash bags, coffee filters, and other essentials, like spices, that many rentals do not have. We were a party of 5 and there was plenty of beds and bathrooms. We found that no restaurants in the area would deliver to the location but I would definitely stay here again - I would just bring more food next time! The host was wonderful in communicating with me ahead of my stay including specific directions to the condo and in responding to my questions about wine tours and other local activities. My only regret is not staying a night or two longer!

This place was very nice, very clean, plenty of room, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. View from balcony was beautiful. My only complaint was there was no access to the water below. The stairs and elevator were closed . I would definitely stay here again once this is fixed. There is a lot to do in the area and many great restaurants.
