Due to flight changes, the hotel staff were excellent in dealing with my rescheduled arrival which they had not received the information in time. Very pleased with the response. They found me all the things I needed to make my stay comfortable. They were able to provide meals sometimes at rather late moments. As my mantra this year is about good food. Good health. Good rest. The staff exceeded the expectations. Theyl delivered Well

Respectful, hospitable and professional staff who go the extra mile to keep their guests very comfortable. Farouk at the reception is calm and receptive. Denis at the bar is smiley and serviceable. Win at the laundry service is very humble and prompt. The entire staff was very polite. In a nutshell, my expectations were exceedingly met! Hart motel will definitely be my home whenever I visit Kampala.

The environment and facilities.
The night shift receptionist is extremely rude and has ego. He's not welcoming which ruins the reputation of the best Motel. The guy answers a client as he wishes.
