Hospitality at its best

The greater advantage is the staff. Although they've delayed to prepare the apartment, they were so polite and they have such immediate response to solve any problems, qualities which made our staying enjoyable.

the beds need to be changed, they’re extremely soft and make a lot of noise all the doors in the apartment creak like crazy. everyone wakes up at night if somebody goes to the bathroom

Convenient location and a good place to call home for a week but not luxury

The apartment is really well located in Paphos just off the harbour road. The key collection instructions and photos iof the location made the apartment easy to find. The apartment was quite small in size with the kitchen and living area being open plan. Air con was provided in all rooms. Disposable slippers and toiletries were also provided. There was a safety deposit box in one of the bedrooms plus wardrobes in both. Bedrooms were of a good size. The good location meant we were extremely close to restaurants, cafes, supermarket and the harbour itself so no need to rely on taxis. The beach and beach clubs were also in walking distance.

The apartment is opposite the closed down Players Bar so not a good view, although you can see the sea from the small balcony which had a side view. Slightly further up the road construction was underway on new apartments which was quite noisy but this is outside of the owners control. These will be nice when finished. Because of the location it could be noisy on a night time but this soon stopped after midnight but this was to be expected given that location but this did not put me off. The sofa in the living room was quite small and would not have accommodated 4 adults if full occupancy. The sofa had a throw over it too because it wasn’t very clean which was a bit off putting. The property was classed as luxury but I would not agree with that, slippers and toiletries were provided but the towels and bedding needed to be of a higher quality to achieve a luxury classification.Although we were provided with a few extra toilet rolls etc there was no washing up liquid, sponge or extra bin bags, cooking oil or condiments which I would have expected in a luxury apartment. Little extras go a long way.

It could be a little cleaner, but overall a very good apartment to stay in. A little overpriced for what it has to offer.

the room is very clean and beautiful. you can find anything you need here. and it's just near the sea.

Splendid flat within 50 meters to the sea.

Wide Ikea-style apartment with new furniture and vessels. The location is really good. Sea over the window and incredibly near. We asked about early check-in and the host kindly approved our request.

The apartment was located in the touristic complex but didn't have enough sound isolation. As a result, we heard our neighbor's student party very well. Just over to the window, the new touristic complex is growing with all the corresponding noise.

Sadly this accommodation was disappointing. The shower door literally fell down on a person and broke while she was taking shower. Broken glass caused a number of injuries on the hands and legs. After this accident, even though it was cleaned, small pieces of glass were still found on the floor. Promised everyday cleaning was not done. 2 of 3 days we didn't have hot water to shower. Noise caused by the construction site just outside the bedroom was terrible from 8 am in the morning. This is not a property fault, but for such money and seaside expectations shown and promised in the accommodation description is just disappointing.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Good location.

Check in time (15:00) is too late, and check out time (11:00) is too early. Thats why we gave 9 points instead of 10.

Thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Cyprus in spite of a few places still closed due Covid-19

Location was excellent - near to bus station, harbour, restaurants and sea front. Big supermarket just metres away and many interesting shops. A superb holiday apartment!

There were no instructions for the safe deposit box but we managed to sort it.

very close to municipal bath and promenade, flat with very nice, modern and new equipment, perfectly clean, free parking space in the yard
