From our front door it's an easy stroll directly across the street to the Mickey and Friends free tram and/or Downtown Disney(about 10-20 minutes walk). If you already have your pass, you can also use the Monorail from Downtown Disney that takes you straight into TomorrowLand. Save $30/$60 Disney Parking per day. During your stay with us, our home becomes your home, and we want to ensure your experience is truly memorable. We do our level best to provide impeccable service and amenities so you can focus your attention on family, friends, and fun while on your vacation! =========================== 1. Our stay was great. The property has everything you could need and more. My youngest loved the fact that they had an air fryer. Walking to the park was easy but the tram at the parking garage was so nice after a day at the park and it loads and unloads right at the park entrance. Communication was quick and easy. So many restaurants, grocery options and shopping close by.

The house was perfect for our family of 8. The kids loved the swimming pool and hot tub. I loved being able to clean out clothes and prepare snacks and cupcakes for my daughters birthday. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and easy walking distance to Downtown Disney/Monorail. Perfect location for our Disney Trip!
The kitchen was well stocked, extra towels and bedding available, beach towel for the pool. We had everything we need for the stay.
Gina and Alex were great with communication, providing directions and information at the beginning of our trip. They also went above and beyond when we forgot something in the unit and mailed it back to us.
We would definitely stay again :)

What a great property this is! Everything is very well thought out, and it is extremely well equipped.
We owned a property in Orlando that we rented out (for Disneyworld) and I wish we had thought of some of the amenities that Gina and Alex made available.
This place is great for a family visiting Disneyland, and other attractions in the area.
It is nice and peaceful, not overcrowded, and quiet overnight (great for rest when you spend a lot of time in the parks)!
Walking to Disneyland and DCA was easy.
Super nice owners as well. You get extremely good value for the price.
If we go to Anaheim/LA again, we are definitely staying in one of Gina's properties!

Walking distance to Disneyland, close driving distance to many California beaches and central to everything from San Diego to Universal Studios. This rental size was perfect for the 4 adults and 2 children. The place was clean, kitchen well equipped, BBQ to use, washer and dryer available were a life saver, kids loved the bunk bed, lots of towels and blankets, roomy! The pools and hot tub were also awesome to have access to – great to cool off from the hot summer days! Check-in/check-out process easy, clear directions, and very responsive to questions – thank you!

Traveled to Disneyland with my partner and my mother. The location of this rental CANNOT be beat! We walked straight across from the community onto Magic Blvd I believe.. and either got the tram from the parking garage or walked through the Disneyland Hotel into Downtown Disney. In my opinion, this is so much better than any good neighbor hotel! You’re saving so much money on a room but also on transportation. And you get a whole house to yourselves!!
Rental was clean and had everything we needed! Plenty of towels, kitchen was fully stocked, etc. Decor in most areas seemed cheap, like trying to achieve a Disney look at a dollar store but we don’t live there so I don’t mind it as a rental. Only thing was that I didn’t not feel like the garage was secure. When we arrived, the garage door was half way open. It also wasn’t the easiest to locate. We opted to park in the parking spot for the week instead of the garage.
100% book this rental. The owners make sure you have all check in information prior to arrival and you can tell they truly care to make everything as seamless as possible. I cannot wait to (hopefully) come back!! Thank you!!!

We had a great stay at this home with our family of 6 including twin 4 year olds, 11 year old, and 16 year old. The location was right across from one of the Disneyland parking garages and a short walk to Disneyland, allowing you to save money on parking. With Disney’s re-entry policy you could easily walk back to the house for lunch or a nap and then head back to the parks once you get your second wind. The neighborhood felt safe and we would definitely stay here again if we go to Disneyland again.

This condo was wonderful for our large family! It was clean and a 20-25 minute walk to the park entrance. We used the pools and hot tubs, which were great. We felt safe even walking home late at night after visiting the parks. We also really enjoyed all the toys for our kids. The only issue was that you have to cross Walnut at an illegal crossing, which was a little scary at times. We would definitely return!

Great location close to Disneyland. We walked to and from the resort. The kids loved all the toys and Disney themed decor. The place was clean and the owner came to refill the propane tank for us when it ran out.

This little townhouse was the highlight of our trip! The layout was great, the walk to Disneyland was easy and the pool was amazing! Disney land was very crowded so we came home each afternoon to rest & swim and I think our children preferred the fun and quiet of the pools and hot tub to Disneyland! The house had everything we needed for meals, 2 pack n plays, a double and single stroller and a high chair. We borrowed sand toys and an umbrella for a beach day and left behind a few toddler life jackets in the closet that works great for sharing with whoever rents next. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and Gina’s husband had it completely replaced within hours, we were very impressed! We will definitely stay again.

This is a perfect location for a southern California amusement park trip. We went to Legoland, Disneyland and Universal Studios, and this condo was the perfect central location for all 3. Disneyland is literally a walk across the street, so we could come home and rest during the hottest hours of the day with kids and then go back over and avoid parking and traffic. The property was exactly as described, it was tidy and quiet, and we found the managers to be polite and easy to communicate with. We have already recommended the property to others.

It was clean, and very well equipped for children, even toddlers and infants. Everything needed to make our stay comfortable was easy to find. It is close to Disney and Disney Downtown and the tram, though not close enough for us old folks to walk. We would stay again!

It is a great proximity to Disney had four young children who were able to walk it back and forth daily. The accommodations where great beds were comfortable and we needed for nothing. Great location & amenities!
This was a perfect spot for our Disneyland trip! We easily walked to the parks in the morning and back for a mid day break. The place is set up for families, with strollers, high chair, beach chairs, beach toys, a pack & play, toys, etc. We loved that there was a Belgian waffle maker and air fryer. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. I do wish there was a more comfortable couch/chairs to relax in the living room. We would definitely return!

Great Property, Excellent Location
The property itself is great for SoCal. But the owners have done an excellent job making it as homey and livable as possible. TVs in each bedroom as well as one in the main room were a plus, as was a computer in the bedroom. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable. And the location is awfully tough to beat. This will definitely be the first place we look next time we plan a Disney vacation.

Holiday House that has everything you could ask for
From the initial interest to actually staying in the property the communication from Gina was fantastic. I’d found out about her from
another happy holiday maker on a Facebook group which was reassuring.
When we arrived she had thought of everything, we’d stopped at Walmart to get essentials but ended up taking them back as the house had washing machine liquid, dishwasher soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap etc
There was also the most fantastic huge washing machine and tumble drier, fridge freezer with ice and cold water and she even left a little welcome pack of crisps and drinks.
Location was fab, we cut through by Disneyland Hotel car park and the walk was about 10-15 mins to Downtown Disney and then about another 10-15 walking through to Disneyland depending on how much you stopped to look at things. It got so hot in Disneyland at about 2pm we came back to enjoy the aircon and went back out early evening.
The car parking spot is directly opposite the accommodation and fitted our Toyota Fourrunner that was pretty big. There also is a garage.
For our family we couldn’t have asked for more 😎
