Location.
Apartment was comfortable, quiet & had everything we needed. Plenty of space with 2 lounges. Loved the log burner in the evening. Cleaner came in every day to change towels & empty bins. Reception staff were very helpful & even let us check in early. Spacious balcony with spa bath was amazing overlooking the mountains with beautiful sunsets. Comfy beds.
Unfortunately there was an awful drain smell in the bathroom for the entirety of our stay. We had to keep the door closed & fan on permanently but it didn't really help. Alerted reception who sent the cleaner to put disinfectant down the drain but it made no difference.

Apart was good size and had basement parking.
Lots of mosquitoes in the area, especially the reception.

Value for money, clean and friendly staff
The hotel is surrounded by building development which was not noisy, but untidy on the eye. However we understand its difficult to mention this when booking as could put people off. Maybe just a gentle mention during the booking process. Also maybe some information about the steep 10 minute walk down to the see front and main area. Not a problem for us, but we know people who would struggle getting up and down that hill each day.

Very elegant and clean
Water outage spanned 70% of our stay, although it was all over the city, but the place owners didn't care to have an emergency plans for such a serious issue.
