Very clean, tidy, small but cozy apartment with a wonderful balcony and stunning views of the Bovec valley. We hiked Svinjak on day one and loved admiring the peak from our balcony all week. Having a washing machine was essential for a hiking holiday, and the under-bed storage boxes made organizing gear in a compact space effortless. The location is unbeatable—close to trailheads, easy bus connections around the national park, and kayaking on the Soča river.
We didn't hear neighbors at all, just caught a faint smell of cigarette smoke from the next-door balcony on a couple of mornings, though we slept with windows wide open. The apartment is quite compact, but perfectly manageable.

the keys were in the door. the host messaged us with the outside door code prior to arrival The unit was super clean, the bed was comfy, we used the washer/dryer to wash clothes, it was within walking distance to town. nice kitchen and big table. Host was very responsive to messages.
it was a little hard to find the building since it was tucked in-between a bunch of buildings, but the host gave us more details via messenger. It was also confusing to figure out where to park, there wasn't much parking there but the host told us where to park when we asked.

The location was good and the room was good equipped.
The internet connection was horrible, in the room there was a strange smell of food that didn't go away even after opening the windows
