This was my seventh trip to Costa Rica, so very familiar with vacation rentals. The home was as we expected and Brian did a great job of supporting us both upfront and while we were on site. He helped us set up a fishing charter and at the last minute arranged for a first night dinner with a chef. Views from the property are spectacular and convenient to all of the activities in los Sueños.

First let me say that the accommodations are great along with the maid service and location. But I would caution anyone looking to rent this house to read my experience before making a decision. The rental includes travel from San Jose airport to the unit and back but no one ever picked this up at the airport even after I emailed one week ahead of time to confirm that someone would be there. We secured a ride to the house and was greeted by only the maid who did not speak any English. I will give you the short version of what happened after that. Myself and three other fishing buddies we’re in the house approximately three hours and we decided to go into the swimming pool behind the house. During that time someone came into the house Through a coded front door that was locked and stole $5000 in cash from two of us while we were outside. I did not even have the combination to the safe yet. We brought that cash to pay for our charter boat which required cash before leaving the dock. I contacted the owner of the property and voiced my concern about the level of security which by the way no cameras are on the premises. When I told him he should reimburse all or part of our rental fee and he started shouting expletives at me and accused us of bringing women in there which we did not and the security gate confirmed that. He hung up on me and then called me one hour later to tell me he had refunded all of my money and we had to get the BLANK out of the house immediately or he would have security lock up the place and throw all our stuff out front. We were in town eating dinner at the time and immediately rushed back to the house. This was totally unacceptable and one of my companions talked him into accepting the money back so that we could stay. The owner was rude, disrespective and full of accusations. I would like to qualify our credibility as four senior citizens that all have business backgrounds and one of the four of us is even a retired major-league baseball player in the Hall of Fame. We are all honest respectable people and did not go down there to scam this man. He will certainly never get any more of my business and I hope none of yours also. He is not worthy of it.

We had a great time. The house was comfrotable and clean; and Sheddy was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had. The Swimming pool was very relaxing and with a good temperature & the Jacuzzi was perfect.

Beautiful location and the accommodations were luxurious, warm and welcoming. The fully accessorized kitchen made our nightly dinners a breeze to grill and prepare. Maria, our daily maid was wonderful and so accommodating. An absolute joy to call this our home away from home! We will definitely return.

This was our first visit to CR. We arrived from a fantastic 5 star Peru and Bolivian experience. We were able to lounge, cook, visit the beach club and Chef Jose was fantastic. Brian’s recommendations were great We golfed, rented a boat, and explored the area. Thank you!

This was our second year at the villa, wonderful experience just like the first. Our family of 6 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room, the pool and view were excellent, and easy attention by management to anything we needed. The location on the Los Suenos resort grounds added to the convenience.

Our overall experience was great!!! The only issue we had was the security guards allowing people to enter our area without our consent. Once we spoke to the security that problem was fixed. We went out for dinner and our blue tooth speaker was taken from the pool area. More than likely this was done by the construction workers that were on the adjacent property. They were able to see into the backyard and had access. My advice to future renters is to keep any valuables locked inside of the house...preferably in the safe.

the house exceeded our expectations, very spacious, beautiful tile and granite, nice furniture, the pool was amazing, located in a gated community, we felt very safe, nice local restaurants. We ordered food to be delivered when we arrived and it was waiting for us at the house. Brian was reachable for any issues and questions the entire stay. Would definitely recommend this property to others and we would like to return too!!

This beautiful Los Suenos property lives up to the rave reviews by others. Brian had his trusty driver pick us up on arrival and made an easy 1 1/2 hour drive to the property. The grounds of Marriott Los Suenos are beautiful, and we were delighted with the house the moment we walked in. The high quality neighborhood enhances the feeling of luxury in the villa. The rooms are spacious, and our family (6 adults and 2 young children) felt completely comfortable. Brian arranged the rental of 2 golf carts, which we used extensively during our stay. We used the kitchen a good bit and also explored the restaurants at the Beach Club and in the Marina. Maria the housemaid was friendly and very thorough in her cleaning. There is not only a pool but also a hot tub that is not shown in all the pictures. The kids loved both. The community is gated, which provides an extra feeling of security. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

I went with 5 of my friends for a Boy's Trip! From the moment I reserved the house to the moment we left, the service was amazing. Brian was very easy to communicate with via messaging from VRBO. The house is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The pictures online do NOT do it justice. The view, the serenity, the amenities, the housekeeping was amazing! We rented Golf Carts for the length of our stay (Highly recommended; unless you're renting an SUV). Unless you plan to take and UBER or Taxi, a car rental is required. Golf Carts will get you to the local Marina shops, restaurants, and Beach Club. But any further, an SUV is required. The housekeeping staff, Anna, was amazing. The house was cleaned every morning around 9:00 AM. Clothes were washed daily and ironed!! Thank you Brian. Your house and service was amazing! We will certainly be coming back!!!
