Located in Honeoye Lake, this charming cottage for $200 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Check in 3:00pm Check out10am Brand new town water Can sleep 4 people comfortably, 6 people alittle tight. Cottage is neat and clean and fully furnished. Cottage includes 2 bedrooms -(1 Queen size bed, 1 with Bunkbed top and bottom) and a lazy boy sleeping sofa. Has a nice kitchen, floors and full size bathroom with shower and plenty of storage. WiFi access, propane heat, A/C, cable, TV, all appliances and utensils. **Out front we have a 32 ft. long by 4 foot wide aluminum dock with swimming ladder. **Also a Propane grill, picnic table, fire pit, chairs, 3 kayaks and a canoe. Plenty of room for parking (3-4 vechicles) (1-2 trailer hitch) Grimes Glen Park- Naples; hiking trails, 2 waterfalls, second one nice for swimming. Harriet Hollister Spencer State Recreation Area: Open year round, Panoramic Views of Honeoye Lake and countryside; picnic areas, hiking trails. Naples High Tors, hiking, biking trails ranging from novice to expert; Wildlife Management Area-Diverse Habitats and Hiking Trails. Honeoye State Boat Launch located off East Lake Rd. at South end of lake. (Across lake from cottage). Honeoye Lake is one of the " little lakes of the finger lakes," offering water activities, fishing, tubing, watersking, kayaking, paddleboat. Relaxing, bon fires beautiful views, sunsets, and so much more. Hemlock Lake offers a big park with picnic tables and beautiful view. This property is so wonderful! It is in an excellent location. The cabin is stocked with everything you could need. Bob is so responsive and helpful. The cabin is clean and well kept. There were plenty of things to do for the entire family - paddle boat, raw boat, canoe, and a pontoon boat for us to cruise the lake. We caught plenty of fish which we had cooked some and it was delicious! We also made a trip to Glen Watkins National Park, about an hour drive, and highly recommend it, the waterfalls are amazing. Plenty of good farms around to buy fresh produce on the side of the roads. Easy-going people, considerate and respectful of their surroundings. Overall, we had a great time and Bob was a very good host. Look forward to staying here again.

The cabin is cute, well taken care of and stocked with appliances and conveniences that you will need. The cabin is right on the lake and there are a few docks for fishing/boating. We caught lots of little fish right off the front dock with very little effort. I'd like to thank Bob for being a wonderful host. he took us on a boat ride and is friendly and generous. Stay here with confidence.

Robert was great with our communications.
Before our arrival we talked and our place was ready for us before our actual check in time.
We were greeted outside of Roberts home which is located behind rental cottage. Rental home was clean and everything you need was included. The AC window units are only in the kitchen and living room. Our bedrooms were small but plenty of room to sleep in. You need to keep all doors open to cool two bedrooms.
To our surprise our bed was a combination bunk bed and Full size. Robert explained it was new and he didn't have time to change that information in description.
My wife and I were slightly disappointed but we made it work. Our cousins were staying in the other bedroom and they told me that mattress could be changed. Very soft and not very comfortable.
Otherwise our stay was good, and Robert was friendly and even gave us fire wood for two nights.
WIFI signal was fair not super strong. TV worked fine and we really didn't watch it that much.
Everything in this cottage worked perfectly and we have no complaints.

The property was small but efficient. As our 8 year old granddaughter said, "They know how to make it cozy!" The owner was very accommodating and helpful, ready to solve a small issue we had. We had a relaxing, comfortable week!

We had a great time at the lake house, fishing off the dock during the day and dancing by the fire at night.
The house was well stocked with everything you would need. Including a row boat and kayaks. We went in the middle of September and the algae was in bloom so decided not to use them.
We had a great time and wait for next year.

These reviews don't lie...Bob is a wonderful generous host. He is a genuine great guy with a lifetime of experience about lake life and the area. If you rent this cottage from Bob, you honestly don't need to bring a thing other than your personal items. He provides it all. 100% recommend this cottage and Bob for anytime of the year. We stayed at this property with our 4 kids ranging in age from 7-13. We all had a blast, and we were able to fit just fine. We took the kids to the beach which is just 8 minutes down the road. The owner even offered to take us all out tubing on the lake, kids loved it as did my wife and i.

Great quiet getaway
Great cozy but enough space for family of four. We needed a quiet few days to relax and it was perfect. Owner very attentive - I just had limited cell and text access so sometimes I had trouble communicating. Two kayaks with gear and outside fire pit were great.

Stayed with my 3 and 9 year old kids. They loved that he had cable to to watch cartoons in the morning. The internet also worked great. But the highlight is the boat ride he took us on! My kids have talked about it for days! He also provided us with dry firewood which was excellent as it was pouring the night we arrived.

The day I was going, the weather was not so good, so when I arrived, I rested at home and drove around the lake. The location of the house was so good that I was able to visit nearby state parks and Lake Ohio as the weather cleared the next day. It's an hour away and it's easy to get around. There is also a ski resort nearby, so it is recommended for ski enthusiasts. And above all, the owner of the house is very kind and generous. It was regrettable that I could not appreciate the beauty of the lake due to the bad weather, but the children liked it very much because the landlord's consideration gave me more time to ride the boat on the last day.
