About this cottage rental
The "Pine" cottage is situated just steps from the water's edge and approximately 20 feet from our small, maintained beach. Relax on the deck and enjoy spectacular views of Lake Champlain or take advantage of our tennis court and pick-your-own garden. This cottage can accommodate up to three guests with two twin beds (or pushed together to make one king bed) in the bedroom or a double pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. During the months of July and August, this cottage rents on a weekly basis (Sat-Sat). Some exceptions may apply based on availability.

Very nice, lawn could have been raked instead of grass being brought inside everywhere. Cabin could have been cleaner. They were tidy, however not clean.

The cottage was everything as seen in pictures, even more, lovely cottage with all the basic necessities. Very clean, The location is very private,peaceful and quiet. The view from the deck of the lake was outstanding.

The photos of the property do not do it justice. The cottage (and all the other cottages the owner rents nearby) are very will maintained, extremely clean and do not in any way have the smell / damp environment that many cabins come with. The photos make the cottage look as though it might be a collection of leftover furnishings. This is not the case at all. Everything is well appointed. The grounds were immaculate and safe. It is difficult to come up with a negative although I will say the forbidden use of the in-unit fireplace and the lack of a fire-pit anywhere on the grounds was a disappointment. Each unit does come with a charcoal grill so that helped minimize this negative. The only other negative is that I would say the water is not very enticing for swimming. Just too much seaweed and zebra mussels for my liking.
Overall I was very pleased with the property and would highly recommend. My suggestion is that the owner hire a professional photographer to truly capture the beauty of this lake front cottage.
