Maybe a little bit of work on the upkeep of the facilities and a bit more decoration to make the place feel a bit more like home.
Just a few broken things in the house and a fairly empty apartment space.

The location and the rooms were exceptional. We would stay there again.
It took a lot of maneuvering to find it. We did not like the coffee maker. It leaked snd there was no way to put the coffee cups under it.

We loved our stay. We were a family of 5 and the apartment was so clean and spacious. We rented all rooms and enjoyed having 3 bathrooms. The place looked newly renovated. The location was perfect and easy to access by car. Everything was within walking distance. We took advantage of the nearby parking. Plenty of room to pull up to the door and unload luggage before parking the car.
The host was very welcoming and offered helpful advice. He met us on arrival and was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our trip. He had some snacks and water available and was easy to communicate with. It was the perfect place to end our trip. I highly recommend and would definitely go back.

location and owner/ and father were great.
the adjacent rooms can be noisy when other guests arrive / depart. perhaps some noise canceling white noise makers would help.
