Located within the premier Aransas Princess resort, guests enjoy two resort-style swimming pools, including one seasonally heated pool with an adjoining hot tub, tennis courts, bocce ball, cornhole, private beach access via the boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Conveniently located in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
From the moment you enter, dramatic floor-to-ceiling arched windows frame breathtaking Gulf views and fill the living area with natural light. Contemporary coastal décor is complemented by elegant architectural details, including classic trim work, wrought-iron railings, hardwood and tile flooring, and thoughtfully selected furnishings throughout.
The beautifully updated kitchen features granite countertops, shaker-style maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The open dining and living areas provide the perfect space to gather while enjoying spectacular views of the Gulf.
Upstairs, the spacious primary suite offers a king bed, stunning Gulf views, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead. The second upstairs suite includes a queen bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination.
The first floor includes an additional guest bedroom with two full-size beds, a full bathroom, and convenient access to the main living area.

Whether you`re relaxing on the private balcony, enjoying the resort amenities, or watching the sunrise through the dramatic arched windows, Aransas Princess #802 delivers an exceptional beachfront experience from beginning to end.
Parking: This unit includes one reserved garage parking space, with additional outdoor guest parking available as permitted.
• Must be 25+ to book & check in (valid ID required)
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys will be charged a $35 fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

The location was perfect and the property had nice amenities. Loved the views of the water and sunrise. This was the perfect getaway for our family and a short walking commute to the beach. I would recommend this place.

The unit itself was lovely and well-appointed; however, we encountered some serious concerns regarding air quality. Both upstairs bedrooms had visible mold and A/C vents, which was especially troubling given that some of our family members have asthma. The vents also appeared to have significant dust buildup, and the filters were full—clearly in need of replacement. The bedrooms had a persistent musty moldy smell, and none of the ceiling fans throughout the unit were functional. It seems the property management may already be aware of these issues, as there were multiple DampRid containers placed throughout the space, yet we were never informed of any moisture or air quality concerns prior to our stay.
