Apartment is located on the hill, but that's what is expected in Montenegro - it is fairly steep, but was still OK to walk even for a family. Reasonable location and distance from the beach. Elevator in the building made it easy to move up and down.
Small local shop close.
Having private parking right below the building - perfect for travelling with car.
Had fully equipped kitchen to make meals right there, we used that extensively.
Welcoming host greeted and showed everything around - good and responsive communication overall. Host is living right there in the building, so can always help if necessary.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Spacious balcony, but the view is mainly to the building across.
Some minor touch ups would be useful as general wear and tear has gathered over the time. Not critical in a functional way.
In the bathroom there were old sponges our kid tried to snatch right away and it could use a bit more deeper cleaning.
There is a washing machine, but no washing powder (I doubt buying full package makes sense for tourist).
Ants in the kitchen showed up on the third day - maybe we left something out to attract them.
There was some construction going around, so not the quietest place.
Internet issues, but they were solved quickly by the host.
These are small issues in general.

Апартаменти суперові. Є все: мікрохвильовка, пральна та посудомийна машини, посуд, холодильник, тостер, кондиціонер, склокерамічна плита та ел.дух.шафа, на балконі крісла та стіл, сушарка. Все справне та стан нового.

Sve je bilo odlično,od vlasnice koja nas je uputila u sve što je bilo potrebno za savršen boravak,apartmana koji je bio opremljen za ugodan boravak u mirnom kraju,besplatnog parkinga u garaži zgrade i blizine plaže,naša preporuka.

Apartman je veoma uredan, posjeduje taman sve sto treba, sredjen tako da se u njemu osjecate kao kod kuce.
Do plaze se stize za 5-10minuta, prodavnica u ulazu ispod, opremljeniji market na 5min hoda, dostupan parking…
Sve pohvale!
