Perfectly located walking distance to Albury town centre, this was very much a home away from home. It is spacious and comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

The property is 15 minutes walk from the vibrant town centre which os great. Two large bedrooms with a queen bed and a small bedroom with tow single beds. An extra room with one single bed is not in the main house and doesnt have heating/cooling. The second bathroom is also outside the main house and not really useful in winter at least. There is a bbq but we couldn't find any utensils to use or stuff to clean it. We arrived at 10pm and it took 24hours for the house to warm up so it will be nice if they can turn on the heater on cold winter nights ehen they have a booking. Nonetheless it is a lovely cottage and we loved staying there. Thank you

Property was exactly what we were expecting. Warm and cosy and it comfortably housed everyone. Parking was easy and short nice walk down the street into the main street. So reasonably priced for the very comfortable place we got! Would stay again!

We had a great stay - the cottage is lovely, the location was close to the town centre & yet still very quiet. Everything we needed was provided & it was wonderful to arrive on a cold autumn evening & find the heating had been turned on for us.

We’ve stayed at Primrose Cottage a number of times when visiting family in Albury/Wodonga. This time we had four generations holidaying together. The house is always welcoming. Clean, well equipped with everything you would need and centrally positioned, so ideal to walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. I’m sure we’ll be back again.

Primrose Cottage was just wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. It had off street parking which was great and there was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Albury. You won't be disappointed if you book this property.

The location is great, easy access and walking distance to town. The house was disappointing. The heating doesn’t work and the house is cold. The house needs a good deep clean. The house, linen, wardrobes & furniture all smelt musty and like sweat. The pillows need replacing and also smell like sweat. The kitchen window doesn’t lock Need at least 2 towels per person provided. Lighting needs upgrading as does lot of globes which need replacing. The flooring is also very squeaky making it annoying. The main couch smelt like spew and is also very uncomfortable.

Met our needs thankyou. Previous visitors left cigarette odour inside and a few butts in lawn, and garbage bins full, but these were addressed by us (Christmas food odour and lawn pick up), and maintenance re garbage. Thanks

The second bathroom is the outdoor laundry. Heaps of stuff didn't work eg, outdoor light, indoor lights, coffee plungers, bar stools, fridge lights etc these are 1st world problems. But, when the power goes out and there is no hot water in the morning.....

Great house and location.

The owner definitely knows what makes the perfect stay. Great air conditioning, beds are perfectly comfortable. There was heaps of room and the yard was safe and secure. Only negative was some people from the pub noisily walking past the house Friday night. Other then that it really is the perfect house and location.
