This is a small boutique hotel located in and around the historic Bulgarian Embassy building in the center of Cetinje, right next to the former royal palace. It is a bit pricey, but my room in the original building was large and beautifully designed. There was no elevator to the first floor, but the room itself was five star, as was the copious breakfast in the large welcoming cafe-terrace.
The menu in the popular terrace area is limited, so better for a coffee or drink than a full meal with other options nearby.

Excellent location in the middle of the town. Lovely large room, all very comfortable and of an excellent standard. A la carte breakfast was a real treat and delicious.
Found it hard to get served early evening in the outside seating. Very slow to be attended to.
