Breakfast was simple but good.

The Russel hotel is clean ,the staff is very helpful.
The breakfast options are good.
You advertised digital satellite channels but it is not operational. When I asked about it,it was explained that it is not available !

Staff when arriving. Basically had to ask for a greeting a number of times. Was more interested in her phone.
