Very friendly, helpful staff, very comfortable room with lots of space. Very good maid service & the baggage porters & breakfast delivery man were superhuman carrying things up & down the steps. The view was amazing & the room was steps from the pool & had a small terrace for breakfasts & sunsets. The wife loved the jacuzzi tub. Breakfast had a good choice of hot & cold, sweet & savory foods. The hotel's location in Imerovigli was very good, not as busy as Fira or Oia, with some good restaurants within walking distance.
The steps!! It's the nature of the island but a room closer to reception & the street would have been nice. The room was large but the terrace was a bit cramped. There were units with larger terraces, with sunbeds & hot tubs, but they were likely more expensive. I dinged the place a bit on value because it was expensive so it's hard to say it was a great value. That said, the entire island is expensive, so there's really no avoiding it if you want the caldera view. Breakfast was good but you had to order the night before so you couldn't really change or get more of something, like coffee, if you wanted.

The name says it all! Absolute Bliss It's an amazing hotel in an amazing location with super friendly staff. We jsut stayed one night in June 26. We would love to have stayed longer. We really appreciated the generous upgrade and complimentary bottle of ice cold wine on the terrace. The sunset views from here here are breathtaking. Highly recommended 10/10
