A good place to stay if you are going to Plitvice National Park.

Pool was great. Staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms were good. Location for going to the park was excellent.

Great location for a visit to Plitviche!

Great location with close proximity to Plitviche. Very kind and accommodating staff. Quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The woman running the restaurant was absolutely wonderful!

Hard to control the temperature in the rooms and it was clear that we were off season and the rooms could have used some refreshing and removal of cobwebs.

Exceptional

Less than 2 hours by car from Zagreb airport and just in 5 km from lakes. Good breakfast, several big supermarkets and good restaurants in 5 minutes by car. Very hospitable personal, clean and quiet room. Just a perfect option to stay for one night before or after hiking in Plitvice Lakes National Park.

Cosy small and fun place,great breakfast very friendly waitress with great attitude

The " heated " pool wasnt heated and was super cold,which was such a bummer for us.

A great hotel value.

This is a great hotel. Attractive building. Nice rooms with tennis courts and heated pool. The included breakfast was exceptional making this a real bargain. Staff was responsive. Would like to go back during summer.

It's about 10 miles from Plitvice, down a side road. Not bad, but use Google maps to find it. It worked out great for us.

Cozy clean rooms, good breakfast, close to Plitvice lakes national park. Dinner was excellent and cheap!!

Comfortable place with the added bonus of a pool.

Comfortable room, decent breakfast, nice pool. No complaints.

The airco was inefficient so it stayed rather warm in the room.

Superb

The location was very good for the lakes. The pool was great. Breakfast was very generous. But a little too much. I felt we couldn't finish it all and a lot of food was wasted. Maybe could be better to let the guests help themselves to only what they want yo eat.

Our air conditioning unit was playing up. The receptionist offered to help but after a second attempt seemed to work ok. Only to stop again during the night.

A perfect base to explore Plitvice and the surrounding areas

The hotel itself is really nice but having the pool is a huge benefit. The location is great for visiting Plitvice lakes (providing you have a car) but also for exploring more widely. We would thoroughly recommend it!

Only one very minor point but for a hotel that quite obviously markets itself as adult only, there were 2 kids at the pool on 2 out of our 3 days there. They weren’t a big problem as they were well behaved, it just seemed a little strange for a hotel that has ‘Adults Only’ in the name.

Very good

It is close to the Plitvice Lakes, about a 10-minute drive away. The room was clean, very well equipped, there is also heating and cooling. Breakfast was very delicious and plentiful. We had a lot of fun.

Unfortunately, the pool could not be used.

Reasonably located for access to Plitvice Lakes

Villa Plitvicka Sedra was suitable for a one night stay in a relatively rural area, with an easy drive to the Plitvice Lakes Gate 1 entrance. The room was comfortable and facilities were adequate, and certainly sufficent for our needs. It was quiet and yet reasonably accessible to local shopping and roadside restaurants.

Breakfast was about average, perhaps what you might expect in a relatively rural area (but we have no good comparison, especially it being in the pandemic era). Room was not very stylish but perhaps our expectations were set higher than the area deserved.

Unfortunately the monsoon season had set in! Even so, the scenery was wonderful.

Outstanding place. Would stay there again if we ever came back.

Our room was beautiful and very spacious. The breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly - Barbara greeted us and gave us some great tips. The place was ever so clean. Highly recommend!!

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast . The evening meals in the restaurant were very well priced . Beware the portions are huge. Very nice studio with balcony . Very near Plitvice lakes .

The Reception seemed very dark - not sure If the lights were not working here , but gave it a very scary feel when we first arrived !
