The property was clean and staff were helpful and friendly

When we checked in the suite,we were directed to a first floor equivalent suit next to a high traffic area,where the noise was excessive. The plumbing also was extremely noisy from others showering and flushing-all night! This was our honeymoon, which did requiered privacy as well.The AM we requested be moved to a quieter room. However,the gentlemen at guest services, was not available. We had to plead our case again to be moved.

Each time we went to guest services,there was another employee, who was not aware of our circumstances. After day 1, I requested a caase note to be added to the reservation. This helped.

size of room was good, great shower, tv's good, easy to get in and out for handicapped.

cleanliness, no bag for ice bucket, had to ask for coffee for coffee pot, Kleenex not replaced, crumbs on table entire stay, tv at dining table had no sound, telephone hard to figure out (too many options). No Ice Machine on first floor not conducive for handicapped.
