The hotel was super neat & clean. It was at a very comfortable location, easily accessible to all main tourist destinations. Staff was very helpful.
Breakfast should be offered complimentary to all guests as it is tough to find any hygienic restaurant in nearby areas. Also hotel should have more strength of employees as I could see same staff repeating their shifts.

restaurant is very good. Deluxe rooms are very clean. Staff is very helpful. When we were unable to book bus tickets online (international credit cards sometimes dont' work in India), one staff member helped us with his own private credit card.
The hotel does not look as advertised. The pictures are fake, the surrounding looks much worse in reality. It is adjacent an extremely busy street. We originally booked a standard room. It was so horribly noisy, that we could not even speak on the telephone inside the room! We immediately asked to upgrade to deluxe, for which we had to pay a lot more.
