Location was great, beach right down the road and lots of restaurants nearby; train station only 5 minute walk. Hosts were very friendly. Room was simple and clean.
Bathroom was a little dated and small.

Great small hotel, in a quiet area of Menton, but still walking distance to the train, main town and attractions. Staff member (or maybe the owner?) was very welcoming at arrival.
The cleaner was way too thorough and moved around all our stuff, to the point we had to look where things had been moved. This is not something cleaners should be doing. Guests things should not be touched. There is no reason why guest items from a shelf should be moved to a table on the opposite side of the room. Also there was no option to put up a do not disturbed sign, which we would have done if there was, since stayover cleaning for only a 2 night stay is not necessary for us anyway. Otherwise this hotel was great!

Location
2 full flights of narrow stairs. No Elevator. Small spaced and tight public parking. No blanket for the bed. Really confining bathroom with a lack of hot water in the morning
