Brilliant location, beautiful hotel, excellent staff
Spiders, spiders everywhere.
Lots in bedroom, cobwebs everywhere in staircase.
Towels only changes every 3 days, beds never made & glasses left unwashed every day.
Downstairs bar & restaurant rarely open & when it was closed really early .
Breakfast ok but always cold, eggs always rubbery & hard , even if you went early for breakfast .
The balcony outside was lovely but still full of spiders.but it could do with a light at night so you can see what you are doing .
Also rooms were so hot , felt like sleeping in an oven . Really bad air conditioning

Central hotel with terrasse bistrot and small private parking.
Kind of „dead“ hotel, old fashioned internals and ignorant unattending terrasse bar and bistrot service.
View from terrace is pretty irrelevant considering the beauty of the main place and some roads downtown.

The staff at the front desk were helpful, and the cleaning personnel were nice. The location is right in the center of old town.
The WiFi doesn’t work at all, it’s so slow there’s no point in trying to open anything on your phone. The breakfast was disappointing with food that seems to have laid out since the day/days before, stale mini croissants and bacon that looks like it’s boiled instead of fried. The restaurant on the roof is very pretty, but the waiters shouldn’t be working with people at all. We walked in and no one greeted us, we stood there for a while waiting for a seat making eye contact with the servers, no one said anything and they just walked past us 3 times, but they did seat the man in front of us.. I had to ask if it’s ok to sit down, and the older lady there kinda just pointed to a table with a grumpy look, how very customer service oriented :) we didn’t feel welcome at all, once we got our steaks I asked if we could get a little extra sauce on the side, which was just immediately shut down, that has never happened at any restaurant before. Definitely would not recommend for tourists, the food wasn’t worth the price anyway, but with better service we probably would’ve come back a few more times to try some other dishes, we didn’t.
