About this apartment rental
The beautiful beach of Amelia Island greets you while staying at this oceanfront, third floor condominium, from the master bedroom, living room and from a spacious balcony large enough for dining. 2 bedrooms; one with a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed in the second bedroom; there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are 2 full bathrooms with a tub/shower combination in both. Free internet and cable television are provided and bed and bath linens. This unit has tile in the kitchen and living room areas with carpeted floors in the bedrooms, a washer and dryer, with a fully equipped kitchen. This complex has its own private walkway to the beach. There is a pool for your enjoyment.

We love the condominiums at Atlantis on Amelia. This property is nice, simple, and basic. May I suggest the addition of clocks (especially a wall clock in the LR/DR area) and ceiling fans—in the bedrooms, at least. There were no DVD players as listed. The 3 new TV/cable set-ups were not (old-school) user-friendly, to say the least. The condo had nice, comfortable furnishings & a great kitchen (with all the necessary needs). But the main thing: there is a fantastic view of this beautiful beach!!!

The property was as described in the listing. The unit was clean and conveniently located on the island. It had an A view with a balcony that afforded some really beautiful sunrises. The beach was accessed via a short bridge walk way with a pier just to the left. The rental company was very easy to work with and we were happy with our stay.
