Staff were excellent. Couldn’t have done more to help.
Pillows were too flat and only one provided each. Hotel was fully booked so only one spare was available

Parking was great.
Staff were good.
Beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was really good and the staff were very good and friendly.
Good to have a fridge.
Receptionist in the morning took our complaints below seriously and we were offered a partial refund.
Bathroom floor looked grubby, shower was awful, water came out in gushes rather than spray.
The drain didn’t work properly despite following instructions.
Impossible to sit on the foldable shower seat as it wasn’t aligned to the shower head, too high to reach when sitting.
Shower head needed cleaning and descaling, seat was rusty at the hinges
Sink tap was incredibly loose and there was no plug.
TV wouldn’t change channels, suspect new batteries were needed.
Luggage trollies were not where we were told.
