It was in the perfect location. So clean and fresh and being able to open the room door with the phone super convenient. The ear plugs were a nice touch if it was noisy but didn’t find it to be. Realised on day two we had a bathroom in the room which was perfect as I was there with my child so she could safely go to the bathroom alone

Great location! Very comfortable and overall pretty nice place.
Not the cleanest place we’ve been to. The carpet was stained and so was one of the towels provided.

Location, close to Borough Station is very convenient, the check in process on the mobile is useful, but I think for the less tech savvy generation, I think they would struggle. Overall the bed was comfy.
There are no staff present to speak with and address concerns, the room was incredibly hot and noisy throughout. The ear plugs on the bedside table was an early warning but did not solve the problem. The bathrooms, especially the shower were incredibly dirty and showed no signs that they had been cleaned. The water from the shower did not drain to the point the basin was overflowing. The room was on the 3rd floor up some incredibly steep steps. Older, disabled people with bags would be at a huge dissadvantage. Glad I was only staying a short period, any longer would have been torture.
