We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was very clean. The location was central to a lot of places to eat, shop and explore. The property manager and home owner were very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend.

Property was very clean and well stocked. Lots of attention to detail and very quick to respond to our questions. Very quiet dead end street but really close to all areas we wanted to visit.

Clean, close to everything
We just stayed here with our family of five. It was very clean and close to all the attractions we were visiting. The only complaints I would have is it the lack of cooking pots/pans, the utensils were falling apart, and it’s not very kid friendly with glass cups and ceramic plates/bowls. But otherwise we were very comfortable and we had plenty of room.

This property was clean but just a basic builder grade unit. Mismatched appliances and basic fixtures. All the toilets were slow draining and required multiple flushes to clear the bowls at times. Biggest complaint was a lack of spare linens and bath towels, etc. Each bed had 1 towel and 1 bath cloth placed at it's foot. That is all we got. There weren't even hand towels in the bathroom. Instead, there was a roll of paper towels at each sink. And there weren't spare rolls of paper towels either. One bathroom didn't have a bath mat which created a slip hazard when exiting the shower. The front door had an electronic lock but the code was not used for the guest. Instead, there was a manual lock box attached to the door which was a little bit of a pain entering the unit at night. We will probably look for other accommodations next time we come to Williamsburg.

Great place, accessible to so much!
We stayed here for part of our young kids’ spring break. The townhouse was the perfect size. We had brief conversations with the neighbors on each side and both were very nice. It was quiet and well appointed. I’d highly recommend for anyone checking out the area.

For the fees charged and expectation of how the guest must prepare the house for the next person I don't think I should be limited to two rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels per bath for a family of six for a 5 day stay. NO extra linen not even a pillow case for the spare pillow. And lastly, we did see a roach or two. As a property manager monthy extrmination would likely take care of this since its so minimal. Overall, the stay the home is really a nice choice.

The house was great. Very close to awesome restaurants, tourists attractions and even a grocery store! Easy to get all the supplies you need for your stay (there was even a small welcome bag waiting for us with some travel essentials - a nice touch). Host gave simple check-in/check-out instructions via email. No hidden fees upon check-out. Overall, a great experience with this rental, and looking forward to using VRBO again in the near future.

Great Place and Great Location!

Beautiful, convenient location and clean
Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The best thing about this rental is that it is roomy and is in a great location. Living room furniture is a bit uncomfortable and oddly laid out if you are trying to watch TV, but other than that everything was great.

General comments
Generally the townhouse was great. But internet connection was iffy and sometimes we couldn't get phone service there. As another reviewer said, the furniture is not positioned for optimal TV viewing and since you can't move it, we made do. But a simple adjustment would make it much better.
Great location to Colonial Wmsburg and the Outlets and a gas station, Food Lion and Riteaid are right up the street.

Pleasant and clean place to stay. Convenient to all Williiamsburg has to offer. Close to shopping and restaurants. Only suggestion would be to provide more bath towels.

Very quiet neighborhood, very clean house!
My family of four (with a 2 yr old and 6 yr old) greatly enjoyed our stay at this property for a fun time at Busch Gardens, Water Country, and some other local attractions (we love the VA living museum less than an hour away!). It shows some age, but we were impressed by the cleanliness of the town home. The property manager responded by e-mail to a couple questions I sent in a very timely manner during our visit. We would love to see some more utensils/kithchen supplies available, and perhaps a different seating arrangement in the main room to make watching TV convenient.
We really liked the location as well- super quiet, away from things, but right next to a Food Lion and not far from many Williamsburg attractions. Would definitely consider again!

Convenient location and roomy
This 2 story townhouse was very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, shopping and restaurants. The place was well kept but we did have some issues with the place.
We did not have soap to wash dishes by hand so everything had to be put in the dishwasher. We did find some of the cups and dishes were put away dirty in the cabinet so they had to be re-washed.
The family room with the TV was very uncomfortable to sit and watch TV. The furniture is not facing the TV and there is a sign in the room saying that you can't move the furniture. The TV upstairs in the master bedroom was not connected to the satellite dish so we couldn't watch TV upstairs.
Another issue was the heating. The upstairs would get really warm if you set the thermostat to make the downstairs more comfortable so you had to decide if you wanted to be hot upstairs and comfortable downstairs or be cold downstairs to be comfortable upstairs.
The best thing about this rental is that it is roomy and is in a great location. We did have issues with how clean the dishes were in the kitchen and also the layout of the family room in relation to the TV.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located
It was a nice place for our family, including 4 kids. It was convenient to the Historic Triangle area attractions we wanted to see and gave us a good place to rest and recouperate at the end of each day of exploration. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. With a big family and plenty of laundry to do even on a trip, it was nice that the washer and dryer were brand new and had a good capacity. This property suited our needs very well.

Very nice and clean.
Would definitely stay again. Stayed and went to Busch Gardens. Food store and restaurants are very close by. Quiet area. Not in a vacation rental area, but still ok.

Very nice and conveniently located
Older home but very clean and well cared for. convenient to busch gardens, outlet mall and not too far from the interstate. My team and I were there for work so we didnt really get to enjoy the area much. If you are considering renting one of those timeshare condos, I would recommend considering this home when making your selection.

Excellent, Clean, Close to Busch Gardens and other Amenities
Six of us stayed at the townhome for a fun vacation to Busch Gardens. The home was clean and contained all of the necessities were needed for a family vacation. It was 15 minutes to the park and 2 minutes to the supermarket and drug store. In addition, restaurants are nearby for take out food. I would highly recommend staying here as it provides a larger family the ability to relax and spread out. Why would you stay at a hotel? Finally, the washer and dryer are Samsung and did a great job cleaning our clothes.

The property was an excellent set up. It was located extremely close to the outlet malls and many restaurants in Williamsburg. Everything was in order and the furniture and amenities were excellent.

Home away from Home
Well kept overall.our first impression “this place is clean...looks/smells clean. Having a television in each bedroom would have earned this property 5 STARS. Clean with nice firm furnishings; not worn and overused. The twin beds are rather high which can be challenging for some getting on/off the beds. Most of Williamsburg main attractions were just minutes away...really nice! We stayed 5 nights and we were very comfortable. This was our first time staying outside of a resort/timeshare while in Williamsburg, what a refreshing change. The owner sent us a welcoming email upon our arrival and responded within a reasonable time frame to one or two small issues. Love the decor; really, really nice place.

Classy, comfortable, clean & convenient
We wanted a quiet, roomy place to stay for the weekend, near Busch Gardens & other Virginia attractions. This rental seemed perfect---and lived up to expectations. It was a couple of minutes from a large supermarket, cinema and outlet mall, and a short drive to Busch Gardens Theme Park (which was excellent, btw: amazingly short lines for a huge selection of awesome rides).
The first impression we got when we entered the rental late at night was a good, clean scent, and every thing else was just as appealing. The rooms were all quite nicely decorated and well-equipped---everything was in place.
The layout was elegant but cozy – perfect for our family of 5. Stylish, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, nicely decorated formal eating area... After a long, busy Friday riding roller-coasters, etc.at Busch Gardens, we all spent a good bit of time over the weekend relaxing on the various comfortable sofas and chairs in the living room, reading. We even strolled a bit around the quiet neighborhood roads.
Communication was excellent; our contact, Patrice, was prompt, friendly and professional. Once or twice, I texted her about something we couldn't find, she responded immediately, and got us what we needed.
All in all, a great rental experience: good location, elegant, comfortable decor, fine management.

An Extremely clean place to stay.
When renting properties we would like that property to be spotless and this property delivered! Besides being clean the living and dining areas had new/updated furniture. The house was a very comfortable place to stay.

All the comforts of Home away from Home
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Williamsburg Townhome. Upon our arrival we found 2 boxes had been delivered so we called to notify the home owner that we had arrived and that there were packages. She was quick to answer and responded in a pleasant voice, that we should open the boxes and that there were items inside to help make our stay wonderful. Once inside the house we were very pleased we the accommodations. The house smelled fresh and clean. Everything was in its place. The decor was very neat and professionally done. There was more than enough NEW clean bedding and linen. Normally I bring a {JUST IN CASE BAG} when we stay away but I used very little of my own stuff. We were able to wash our soiled clothing with detergent that was provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes if we wanted to cook. We took advantage of the maps and coupon booklets that were provided for us.Enough about the house itself. Location Location Location, the house was smack in the center of everything. If you love to shop you will be happy to know that the entrance to the Shopping Outlets are literally 1/4 of a mile away. There are grocery stores, Pharmacy, and restaurants right across the street from the entrance of the neighborhood. We enjoyed Bush Gardens and Water Country USA which were both less than 20 minutes away. I have told you all of the wonderful things about this rental but there has to be some type of negative, well there was. Our stay was June 29 through July 2 and it was SUPER HOT outside. The air conditioner had to be new because inside the house was SUPER COLD, but the family cuddling under the brand new blankets provided was a great end to a great FAMILY VACATION. We would stay here again and recommend to friends.

A few kinks to work out
The property was very beautiful, and the owner very helpful, but there were enough small things that made our stay less than ideal.
1) The shower curtain rod in the master bath was not fully attached, then fell off, making the master bath unusable. 2) There were no trash bags in the unit. 3) The trash has to be taken out in a dumpster far away from the unit 4) The living room layout was attractive, but not very functional for watching TV 5) There were a few basics missing from the kitchen that made cooking challenging (no salt/pepper, no oil, no mixing bowls, no sponges) 6) the wifi info wasn't immediately available and then went out on us during our stay, requiring a reboot.
There were some pluses - beds were all comfy and rooms spacious. Plenty of nice linens. Great location to lots to do/see in Williamsburg!
I hope the owner has some friends stay for a stretch to work out the kinks because the property has a lot of potential.
