Large flat , great pool facilities , relatively close to beach

The location was excellent, and our room was big and spacious, with a lovely balcony that had two sun loungers- perfect for relaxing. There are also lots of swimming pools around the hotel, which meant that even when it was busy, we could always find a sun lounger. The beautiful green grounds were another highlight, and the hotel has plenty of facilities for families, including a football pitch and tennis courts.
The main downside for us was the restaurant and the queues. We’ve stayed in quite a few hotels before, but this was the first time we’ve ever had to queue to get into the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The food itself was good, but it seemed very clear that the restaurant simply isn’t large enough to accommodate the number of guests at busy times.
One evening, I also queued for around 10 minutes to get some pork cooked on the grill, only to be given two pieces that were both clearly undercooked and still pink in the middle. As it was pork, this was particularly concerning from a food-safety perspective. I would strongly recommend that the hotel pays more attention to ensuring grilled meat is cooked properly.

Great facilities and friendly staff
a good selection of restaurants and the newer buffet restaurant in Prestige was clean and well stocked.
A total of 19 different pool options was very unexpected. We have special dietary requirements needing gluten-free options which were available at some of the catering outlets.
Some of the external facades are in need of repairs - green matting at the base of the hotel.
Limited children's options which were gluten-free - both pool bars had no options that were gluten-free.
