The location, the restaurant and the dj set

The room smelled like an old house (humidity smell /old person's home) The "spa"... The hamam had a horrible smell, i went to the reception, very nice staff, did everything to improve the situation... The sauna is correct. The jacuzzi is completely useless; an old construction, the waterbubbles cannot touch your body, it's just bubbles in the water, no body functionality From the "spa", you see the outdoor pool but you cannot acces, the glass door of the veranda is closed, you have to go back in the hotel to get out to the pool The dj set (great!) was announced until midnight. We went to bed at 11:30 pm, the music was loud until 2am

Great location, kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast offered plenty of choice and quality food. The staff were very helpful and the family room was huge with a seperate bedrooms, toilets and bathrooms for kids and parents.

The toilet and a cupboard allowed the smell of smoke from the floor below into the room which for non-smokers was very unpleasant and far from ideal in a family room. The staff did tape up the cupboard which improved matters but the toilet still smelled of smoke, thankfuly there was another toilet we could use. The view from the balcony was over the carpark so we didn't spend much time out there. There weren't any available bikes for hire onsite when we visited.

staff as always very helpful, welcoming and super professional (reception/bar&restaurant) view on the golf is amazing very quiet

rooms especially bathrooms could need a refresher but at least it very clean
