Location from the train was perfect, easy to find. Quiet comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Clean rooms. Bar fridge was welcomed. Proximity to everything Arles has to offer, easy to walk everywhere. Excellent hotel staff and communication.
We found the rooms on the small side with both our big suitcases opened on the floor. Took a little bit of negotiating to walk around the room.

Close proximity to the train station and all facilities of the city.
Check in at 1600 was very late in the day. I realise rooms take time to get ready but it was later than most.

Good location.
Reception shut at 7-30, no staff after 7-30.
Day 2 our tea/ coffee was not replenished and we were left with only one cup.
The bathroom was really small and uncomfortable.
