Clean room, bed surprisingly comfortable for such a budget hotel, free parking, close to RER A and some restaurants. Would definitely come again.
Small things need repair: One broken light bulb in room, soap dispenser in shower was ripped off the wall. Of course the rooms are small and noise insulation from neighboring rooms is not perfect. For the price it is not a problem though.

The property was in a great location close to the train station, bus station, restaurant and shops. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was good sound proofing. I had a small leak in the bathroom and management resolved it very quickly.
The pillows were extremely small - not sure why. There didn’t seem to be a good range of breakfast on offer and the dining area and lounge area was pretty much none existent.

Great location for train to Paris and to Disneyland. Free parking on site added to the great value. Breakfast was good. Room clean. Staff excellent.
Unfortunately, loud noise from street outside late until evening.

The hotel was a 10 min train ride to Disneyland for 6€ per day p.p.
We noticed several disappointing details: the shower head was moldy and dirty, the AC was broken (we slept 3 days with a open window), and the room was very small. There were no outlets in the bathroom and the pillows were extremely thin with almost no filling. Also it doesn’t look like it, but it was a very loud neighbourhood. There were always loud noises outside before 8am or in the hall.
