What an absolutely wonderful Hotel, full of character and charm. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the room was just amazing, so clean and well presented with everything we needed for a truly relaxing stay. And what can we say about the Martin Parr collection - just fantastic! Thank you so much, we hope you have vacancies when we come back to Arles!

Gem of a hotel. Nicely renovated, great design and good colors and art throughout the hotel. Spectacular location, exquisite bathrooms. Welcoming staff. The location couldn’t be better, we had a balcony overlooking the square which was perfect. The turn down service every night was superb. Dinner at the restaurant was also very good. A perfect stay, it doesn’t get any better than that! We stayed for five nights originally and liked it so much we came back for three more nights.

Location. Bed was comfortable.
Wifi wasn't working. Staff said could be weather but had just stayed at Amphitheatre hotel in next street and internet was fast. No shower. No kettle when requested. Bath took long to fill as water pressure slow. No English speaking news channel working. Wardrobe was a beautiful antique but impractical. Compared to Amphitheatre hotel this hotel was substantially more expensive per night and yet was inferior to the Amphitheatre hotel. MUCH noisier too.
