Large vacation home with private pool, 9 km from Montecatini Terme, ideal for your family vacation! Enjoy your beautiful vacation in a country house in typical Tuscan style with large surrounding land in the hills between Montecatini Terme and Pistoia, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The property with lawn and garden is equipped with table tennis, slide and swing, barbecue, gazebo, tables and chairs for outdoor meals; beautiful and lighted bean-shaped pool equipped with shower, sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas; The access road is partially (about 200 m) unpaved. First floor: living room with satellite TV and bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden; 2 bathroom WC; living room with TV and fireplace, with direct exit to the garden; kitchen with direct exit to the garden; with independent access from outside a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Second floor: 4 double bedrooms (one with extra bed), each with bathroom with shower. Another 4 double rooms, each with a bathroom with shower, have access from the outside. On the first floor one room remains closed as well as the cellar. Some distances: 10 km Pistoia, 37 km from Lucca, 42 km from Florence, 53 km from Pisa, 60 km from Viareggio and the beaches of Versilia. 3 km grocery stores and restaurant, 4.5 km supermarket and stores of all kinds, 8 km riding stable, 9 km spas, golf course and tennis.

Sehr schönes Landhaus mit Hotelstandard ausgebaut. Es fehlt an nichts. Steckdosenadapter sind selber mitzubringen. Wer Ruhe und unbeschwerte Stunden am Pool sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sehr schnell und unkompliziert um alles.

Our family reunion was so relaxing at this villa. We were 7-71 years old and everyone marveled at the relaxing atmosphere of the villa. It is spacious, plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was amazing - well stocked with cooking utensils , refrigeration and dinnerware. We ate outside most of the time, there are lots of tables and chairs inside and out. Additional places to sit and talk are everywhere! The pool a great place to hang out, swim, play or nap! We loved how close it is to town, including Florence, Vinci, Lucca, Pisa, but it is hidden up and away from it all. There are hiking and mountain biking trails right off the property. Thank you for sharing your villa with us, it was a marvelous stay. Everyone was so helpful.

The farmhouse was very rustic and beautiful. Grounds not well maintained. The pool was nice but unheated. Roads to Villa winding and diffulcult to travel....very remote.
