It is at a very convenient location and has friendly Staff. Especially Benjamin.
The carperts were not very clean and the breakfast was a bit limited and lacked variety. (At least for the price it’s ok).

A great hotel, with all the required facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The sheets and towels were changed regularly. There wasn't a hairdryer in the room but you can easily request one at the reception, which by the way works 24h a day which is a big plus. The staff was very nice and helpful. The area around the hotel is clean and quiet and there are a lot of options for stores and food places nearby.
In the room, the heating from the radiators didn't seem to be working, they were always cold. Although I wouldn't say it was cold in the room. There was a small electric heater which actually managed to heat up the room nicely. The location of the hotel is pretty far from the city centre, but there is a u-bahn station for line U6 about 5 mins walk from the hotel which takes you directly to the inner city so it wasn't really a big issue.

Very pleasant staff
Bed was terribly uncomfortable, central heating wasn't working (the was a plug in oil radiator in the room I wasn't happy to use). Very dated decor and sketchy area. Checked back out immediately and didn't stay.
