Insgesamt ein gutes Hotelkonzept mit Luft nach oben. Toller Wellnessbereich, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet, sauberer und aufgeräumter Gesamteindruck, Ladesäulen vorhanden, Golfplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe
Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, klappbare Kofferablage fehlte, Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen, Obst im Wellnessbereich nicht angeboten

Insgesamt war die Lage wirklich toll, der Wollgastsee super schön zum Spazieren und nur 5 min nach Ahlbeck mit dem Auto. Der Poolbereich und insgesamt der weite Blick in die Ferne schon morgens auf der Frühstücksterasse waren wirklich herrlich. Der kleine Teich direkt vor der Nase. Auch mit Baby war das alles sehr gut machbar!
Das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Für uns hätte es beim Frühstück noch mehr (andere) Abwechslung geben können. Vielleicht mal Avocado oder Räucherlachs statt Rollmops. Aber das ist halt Geschmackssache :)

Alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett.
Zimmer: Ausstattung okay. Keine Minibar, nur alle 2 Tage gesäubert. Mülleimer dadurch immer voll und mussten draußen gelagert werden. An den Wänden Flecken und auch an den Gardinen. Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und zu wenig gemacht. Für den Preis zu wenig.
Wir kommen nicht wieder.
