About this house rental
Situated in Woodstock, this attractive house for $176 per night is a great choice for your next trip. A charming four-bedroom, three-bath townhouse at Alpine Village. Enter to the living room with plentiful seating, air conditioning, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen television with DVD. Through the living room is the dining area with seating for eight, followed by the modern kitchen, which is well equipped with all you will need to prepare your favorite meal. Off the living area is a remodeled full bath and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and television. From this bedroom, head outside to enjoy the spacious back deck with a wooded view. Below the entry level is a finished basement holding a second living area with flat screen television and DVD as well as a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a second modernized full bath, and a laundry room. The uppermost floor of the townhouse is located above the entry level and offers two bedrooms, a sitting loft, and a third renovated full bath. Each of these bedrooms has two twin beds, one with a small flat-screen television. Enjoy your membership in The Nordic Inn Club. Indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, co-ed dry sauna, and fitness room. (approximately 2.6 mi drive) Alpine Village is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities, including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Merland's, and the Pemi Public House. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time, including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more. Please note: Alpine Village Townhouses have only one allotted parking space. Dogs are welcome in this unit. There is a $50 one-time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed. The Nordic Inn pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules. Alpine Village does not offer a ski shuttle service. This unit has two air conditioners: one in the main living area and one in the sitting loft. This unit has a gas fireplace with a flame effect.

The size and functionality of the space was perfect for our multigenerational family group. Loved walking proximity to N Woodstock, nice development. Convenient for skiing at Loon. Be aware that if you need to work remotely while at the property, as some of our group did, the wifi is very slow and weak. Management very helpful but ultimately it was not adequate for our needs. Not an issue at all if you are there to vacation!

Lots of room in this condo. We will definitely stay here again. Our only complaint is the upstairs bedding was not changed. Two of our guests needed to sleep above the covers with blankets that we brought. All bedding should have been changed. This wasn’t good but everything else was clean and cozy.

Clean and well maintained, but the host and service fees added over 30% to the cost and I'm not sure what those paid for...the exit request list was onerous especially with a 10 am checkout. The guest was responsible for multiple settings and requests for 3 floors with 2 difference HVAC systems. At that level of fees we'd expect the mgt co to handle those issues post departure.

This home at Alpine Village is well equipped with all the things you'll need for a fun and relaxing stay in the White Mountains. The house was clean, roomy, updated and very comfortable for our extended family of 7. We especially enjoyed the large back deck overlooking the trees. We hope to come back next year!

I am sure the title interests you? I am afraid to review this property because it is so nice and everyone will want to rent it!This end unit is quiet, comfortable and in such a great location for a perfect vacation stay. The cleaning crew do a fantastic job, as the unit was immaculate and just felt clean. Plenty of towels, utensils, plates, cups and everything else you would need.We only used the portable A/C on the main floor for a couple of hours, but it was great on a warm Memorial Day Sunday.Can't wait to rent this unit again!

We've been renting this condo for a few years now and like it. I'm disabled and can't go up and down the stairs so I need a bedroom on the first floor. It's very convenient to have bathrooms on all 3 levels. Everything was clean and met our expectations.Property description was accurate. Members of our group went hiking, biking, sightseeing.

The carpets in this unit were heavily soiled. Half of the electrical outlets were not working. Lamp in the downstairs bedroom was not working. The internet failed, and to get a secure connection, we used the hotspots on our phones. One person in our party had to leave for a secure connection for her job. The bathroom on the main floor had a sanitized seal on the toilet, but the bowl looked dirty. The pillows were flat, so we purchased some so that we could get a comfortable night’s sleep. We have stayed in much nicer properties for similar price, so I would not recommend staying at this property unless it gets renovated

Great find in the Lincoln area! Loon and Cannon Mountain were both within 10-15 minutes (Bretton Woods an easy drive too!) and the house accommodated seven adults and two large dogs easily. Loved the wood burning fireplace and the game selection! We had friendly neighbors with really good recommendations for the local ski resorts and other things in the area. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Alpine Village. It was so conveniently located to North Woodstock and Lincoln and many hiking trails and things to do. We cant wait to come back up in the winter time.

Unit 122 at Alpine village was a clean and comfortable. With a large basement common room in addition to the living room, there was plenty of space for all 8 of us. The kitchen was well-stocked w/ pots and pans for cooking. The largest drawback, however, was that there was only enough hot water for a couple of people to shower at a time -- others had to wait a couple of hours for the water to be hot again.
