Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Es war alles zu unser vollsten Zufriedenheit. Ausstattung, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Sauberkeit. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.

15,- € pro Nacht für einen PKW-Stellplatz fanden wir schon viel. Dafür lag dieser direkt vor dem Eingang.

Freundlicher Empfang, sehr sympathisches, zuvorkommendes Personal, alles sauber & gepflegt, schöner Spa Bereich, erstklassiges Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant.

Das Bett empfanden wir persönlich als etwas zu schmal.

A trip I would repeat just to visit the hotel and the beach with a bit better/warmer weather.

We had a superior double room on 6th floor with an amazing view over the port. The staff was so professional, kind and competent, especially those at the breakfast service. While variety for breakfast was not huge, everything was delicious and never in short supply. The room was not too big, but just enough for a couple's short stay, with a safe, bathrobes and free mini bar (with an extra bottle of water in the room). Bathroom with shower so neat! I'd love to visit again the city and stay in this hotel. Make sure you have a look at the weather before you go. It seems there is very often (really strong!) wind and rain.

If I would have to note a drawback that would be the TV channels. If you don't speak German, your options are BBC World News and Bloomberg. Though few channels offered the possibility to change language, it was not working properly (suggesting: German or German, German or French which actually was still in German language).

Perfect hotel with too stiff drink prices.

excellent. Full Stop.

One of the bartenders (or the hotel?) served me a GT that cost me 18€. Too stiff price when I paid 8€ in another hotel. All other drinks were 12-14€ which is acceptable.

Fun, liked the location very much. Would always stay here in the Atlantic when visiting Wilhelmshave

Very good size room. Magical view overlooking the bay. Very good selection of food for breakfast. Very attentive staff. Very good location for the town and walks on the Deich.

Building now perhaps looking a little tired outside. Bar atmosphere seemed quiet and unimaginable. Perhaps that was why not many people in it Otherwise in our eyes nothing to fault it.

nice hotel if the will have enough employee again

The property was very comfortable, large room, nice view to the sea

At that time the hotel didn't have enough employee for running the hotel, the restaurant was closed for lunch and already on arrival occupied for dinner

Great Hotel with a view of the harbour!

Once again I had a pleasant stay at the Atlantic Hotel, gladly again!

additional parking fees are not pleasant !!!

Very dog-friendly, amazing location, clean rooms, great food, nice spa facilities

The hotel has a great location right on the harbor, offering gorgeous views over the water. The rooms were clean and modern with comfortable lighting and amenities. The spa area was clean and the facilities were enjoyable, and we had both an excellent dinner and a diverse, delicious breakfast in the restaurant - I felt like nothing was missing! :) We also came with our dog, so upon arrival, our room was already set up with a dog bed, food and water bowls as well as a lovely little package of dog treats with a message addressed directly to our dog! This was a huge plus for me because they treated him like a guest, so we felt especially welcome!!

Our mattress was fairly stiff and the pillows were really squishy/flimsy, which can be fine for some people, but we both spent the whole night tossing and turning and I eventually got up earlier than anticipated feeling tired, stiff and with neck pain. Our shower head also had a bit of mold on it, which was surprising considering how pristine the room was otherwise. The room also had large windows, which I loved, but there was a small sign on them indicating that we weren’t allowed to open them due to mosquitos and spiders (even though they technically were able to be opened).

Very good location to leisure facilities, Deich walls, museum and town centre

Rooms are good. Restaurant Good. Staff very efficient and pleasant. Great views too!

We both found the entrance doors hard to open!! Bar not very inviting.

disappointing !

instead of the official COVID rules they asked in the last moment for a subsidiary negative test although we told them that we were doubly vaccinated !! Thats costs us a 100 euro's extra!! when we came to the reception, no one asked about it and it wasn't needed! thanks for nothing!! Amd beforte breakfast we had to wait 20 minutes in line. Not a perfect operation I would say!! Best Wouter

hard to find a table in a restaurant in town for dinner, hotel provided no info. breakfast could offer more choice for a four star superior hotel. all massage slots booked out way in advance. car park always full.

No AC.

Property and staff were great. The restaurant is quite good but overpriced.

The reason for the low rating was the lack of AC. I stayed there on two consecutive trips in two weeks and I asked about the AC and they said the issue was being fixed and it would be fixed the next day. It was never fixed. On my second stay I specifically asked for a room with working AC. Again, NO AC. Very expensive property and they should have working AC since it is listed on the hotel amenities. It would not have been an issue except there was unusually hot weather during my stays.
