My kids room the air con switch was stuck on low fan, but they managed. Was very hot weather!

This is a very good hotel in the heart of Prague. Clean, nice rooms, good breakfast! The hotel staff was always kind and helpful.
It's located on a noisy street. They have double window but sometimes you can hear a bit. But that's the vehicle's fault!

Value for money and location
They had the elevator closed at night and my room was at the fourth floor. I have to take the stairs coming late at night.

The location was very good. The manager was nice. I had a great view of the city. The bathroom and sink was spacious. The mattress was decent.
The carpets, upholstery on the bench in the room, and curtains were very old and needed to be cleaned or actually replaced. The interior was very dated. The door locks were the old, not very secure magnetic card system. 2 times in 2 days I had to get the card key re-made. There’s no receptionist past 7pm and so you have to have a code to use the door. It’s just more stuff to worry about… especially if there’s a problem late after dinner and drinks.
