It was very quiet and restful. It is a good place to bring your kids.All staff was very friendly the waiter Caesar and Andrea who sold me the Captain Hook pirate ship excursion was remarkable with me and my family. J
It should have more varieties of foods for the buffet. looked like everyday of 6 nights we were there they had all 3 courses the same thing everyday day other than that all food staff were very friendly. Also they need bigger refrigerators and microwave in the guest rooms

I had a good time the staff was friendly and accomadating and tried their best to make my entire stay smooth sailing. They arranged airport drop off as well and my cocobongo tour. The Italian Restaurant was also 👌.
To be honest it's relatively a bit far from the tour spots compared to other hotels. the extra driving after my tours was a bit tiring. Of note however it's really close to Isla mujeres marina so if you're interested In that that's a plus.
