Staff were super friendly and helpful - organised a kettle for my room and an early morning airport taxi. The room was very warm even though it was sub-zero temperatures outside. The hotel met expectations for what I needed - an overnight stop before flying from Linate. Walking distance from Milan Rogoredo station

Location is close to metro station
The shower hose was broken and water was pouring in all directions. I asked the staff to do something about it, but nothing was done. My room was on the first floor and starting from 4 am some kind of call was constantly heard at the reception, it was not possible to sleep.

Location near Ice hockey venue.
Parking in the street is not safe. Our car was broken into. Hotel's parking has limited spaces.
