Staff were friendly and helpful. Reception is open 24/7 with keyes left at reception. The room was extremely clean upon our arrival with daily housekeeping service (beds made, sweeping, trash taken, towels replaced every 1-2 days). Free water daily and mini fridge made our stay extremely pleasant during the hot weather. Wifi worked great!
Location was a bit far from main center and attractions but several bus and metro stops were nearby which made it extremely easy to navigate city!

The room was exactly as advertised and was good for a short stay. It was fairly well-equipped with air-conditioning, a mini fridge and storage space. there are bus/tram stops nearby, making it easy and convenient to get into the city.
The hair dryer in the bathroom was broken (but the staff at the front desk kindly lent us one) and the wifi didn't seem to work.

Kind staff.
The hotel was noisy. Loud music could be heard from other rooms. I could hear annoying noises around midnight with guests slamming doors and drawers. The cleaning staff was noisy from 8 am. All this made difficult to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast advirtised until 10 am but the buffet was cleared away at 9:45 am.
