Overall, a good place to stay, connected to Linate, city center, University, etc. Nice view from the top floor. Comfy beds.
In my attic room, shower was implemented as a small bathtub with mouldy curtain and under slanting ceiling so impossible to stand straight (am rather petite). I was disturbed a couple of times by staff knocking on my door, but when I opened they said they did not want anything. I guess they were trying to access the roof via one of the rooms, which later succeeded with my absent neighbour's room.

Location was only 3 stops on the Metro into centre of Milan. Secure gated parking was excellent. Room had everything we needed. Although dated and basic but Big room, hot shower, Clean room and plenty of towels. Friendly staff that gave lots of advice on getting around Milan and local area. Located in a more residential area but that is reflected in the price.

Room was spacious with basic amenities and kitchen utensils
Bed mattress for the extra bed was not good/ was uneven. There is no one at reception between 9pm to 10am. Had ambiguities in confirming taxi for early morning ride to Malpensa airport as there was no one at reception to confirm Taxi booking. Overall Reception service was not welcoming and takes away the mental comfort right at the entry. Also you need to maintain 2 separate Keys- one for your room and another for entry gate. This is a burdensome experience for me as I was on a vacation but still to keep myself engaged with these smaller aspects. Also, corridor was full of smoke odour all the time and was not a pleasant experience as you walk to your room.
