The room had everything you need for a one-night stay: nothing fancy, but everything perfectly fine. It was clean and affordable, bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was spacious. Plenty of TV channels, some of them broadcasting American shows with original audio. The vicinity of Linate Airport was not an issue (you could barely hear the departing aircrafts and there are no operations at night) and can be a benefit. It’s a 15-minute walk to the Lambrate train station, the trams and metro are just next to it, so I’d say it still within walking distance, if you’re coming from the city center.
There was a clicking noise coming from the nearby elevator control cabinet, thankfully it stopped once other guests went to sleep. Nothing serious (as opposed to the refrigerator inside the room) but noticeable for those noise-sensitive. An addition of disposable slippers would be nice, the bare floor was quite cold.

The room was nice and clean. There were a couple of bottles of cold water in the mini-fridge on the arrival. Very friendly staff.
It look me around 30 min to find the hotel by walking from Lambrate station. When the hotel staff gave me the directions via email, they informed me that it would take around 10 min walk to get to the hotel. It would have been helpful to inform me to take a bus or a taxi as the walk was definitely not 10 min but much longer.

A very clean and quiet environment with a good breakfast, Media world is just opposite the facility, Groceries stores are within walking distance. Usher from the facility to Milan central station is between 15€ to 20€. If you choose to, you can make use of the bus service which is like a 50m from the property.
The facility is recommended.

staff was polite;
free water in the fridge;
cheap and tasty coffee from the machine
no kettle in the room;
kitchen for students only, guests are not entrance to the kitchen;
it was very cold in the room, the air conditioner turned off and it had to be turned on all the time;
I stayed in room 705, it's right next to the elevator. The rumble from the elevator 24/7, that without a pill I could not fall asleep.
