The room was nice and clean. There were a couple of bottles of cold water in the mini-fridge on the arrival. Very friendly staff.
It look me around 30 min to find the hotel by walking from Lambrate station. When the hotel staff gave me the directions via email, they informed me that it would take around 10 min walk to get to the hotel. It would have been helpful to inform me to take a bus or a taxi as the walk was definitely not 10 min but much longer.

A very clean and quiet environment with a good breakfast, Media world is just opposite the facility, Groceries stores are within walking distance. Usher from the facility to Milan central station is between 15€ to 20€. If you choose to, you can make use of the bus service which is like a 50m from the property.
The facility is recommended.

The room was very big and comfortable, the check in and check out process was super easy. It's great for a one night stay before a morning flight. The room was clean and well maintained. The price is really good, compared to other hotels in Milan, if you are fine with the distance from the city center it's a great choice.
The main disadvantage is the location, it's really far from the city center and there is nothing close to it, it's also relatively hard to get using public transportation (metro + bus, instead of just metro). There was air-conditioning in the room but it wasn't enough for the heat in June (at night) can't imagine how it is in August.

staff was polite;
free water in the fridge;
cheap and tasty coffee from the machine
no kettle in the room;
kitchen for students only, guests are not entrance to the kitchen;
it was very cold in the room, the air conditioner turned off and it had to be turned on all the time;
I stayed in room 705, it's right next to the elevator. The rumble from the elevator 24/7, that without a pill I could not fall asleep.
