Nice concept, friendly reception, parking for the car, and building close to the metro.
Very noisy guests after midnight in the room next to ours, and no one from the staff reacted. My kids were afraid.

perfect location, superb view to vineyards and hills and city, in nice old building with little bit classic furniture with all the equipment you need
quite cold (14°C) when we arrived but was no problem to heat up room temperature, beds very soft for men
