La pulizia e la vicinanza al centro o comunque ad una fermata della metro.
La stanza non era insonorizzats si sentiva tutto. Purtroppo durante la notte probabilmente hanno rotto il portone di ingresso al palazzo, hanno sistemato la.mattina seguente ma sul presto, e questo ha fatto si che ci sveglissimo prima del previsto.

Acqua, tè, caffè, biscotti e dolcetto a disposizione e letto molto comodo
Non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare la jacuzzi siccome impiegava troppo tempo a riempirsi e di conseguenza l'acqua non rimaneva calda. I comandi non funzionavano e nemmeno il doccino. Nella doccia classica c'era una perdita nel soffione. Mancava il trasformatore per la presa del phon nel bagno.
