Staff were very nice, especially the first guy I dealt with when checking in.
Good location in a more local, less touristy neighbourhood. Metro stop just around corner, excellent transport links.
No window in room which mean ceiling fan was just circulating hot air. Shower head wouldn't stay up on pole, kept sliding down to bottom, when it did stay upright it would swing to point straight out the shower door which had no covering. Seemed to be a leak at bottom of toilet bowl, came back one evening to find a lot of water on floor and pretty unpleasant smell. I did inform the hostel so, assume this will be dealt with.
