Staffs were helpful. Location is excellent, just outside the Lambrate metro station, and very near to the Lambrate railway station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The area felt safe, even at night.
The building is very old and narrow to the point of being claustrophobic. Extremely narrow lift, only 2 persons, or only one person with a luggage can fit. The room is so small, it almost resembles a prison cell. The commode was so adjacent to the basin, it is quite a challenge to sit there. The shower area was kept hanging from falling with a string. But you get what you pay for.
