Fair value to what is offered, good cost benefit. Everything clean, friendly service, they even helped us to order a taxi, nearby there is a bar, restaurant and market, as well as a very good street fair. Air conditioning worked well, only the minibar didn't work, but nothing too much. We asked not to have the room cleaned, but there was anyway. Good balcony, quiet place. I would come back. I recommend it as long as your expectation is not to enjoy the hotel itself, or something luxurious, but only to sleep and enjoy the city.

Comfortable stay, clean, nice shower.
Helpful staff.
Breakfast (for an extra €5) is very basic, but it wasn't a problem as we wanted to have breakfast at local bakeries.
Our bedroom was the first one in the corridor, so could hear people moving at the corridor in the morning.
Not the best area of Milan, but we felt safe and it's not too far from Milano Centrale and subway stations.

It was a room with a bed and a cute private terrace we sat out on in the evening.
The room was a bit dated and could use a fresh coat of paint. Pillows were either flat or overstuffed and hard. Although is was clean it just gave a vibe of musty, old and dated. Instead of a duvet or quilt on the bed there was a ratty old polyester coverlet that was pilling.
