Good security with key cards for access. Everyone has a big locker inside the room.
Nice outdoor common area with lots of chairs. Dorm room has own bathroom. Decent setup inside the bathroom.
A bit overpriced. No towel included. Wifi not workable inside the room. I had to go out to the corridor to get wifi signal where there was no aircon. Kitchen only has one glass/cup. Minimal cutlery. Not an up to standard kitchen. Bathroom has no floor mat to absorb water. Very slippery after everyone's shower and making the room floor also wet. Bunk bed with 3 levels which is not good. My every move on the bed made a huge noise. Bad quality bedframe.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean, though on the smaller side, and the shared bathroom could definitely use some updating. That said, the staff was absolutely top-tier. Location-wise, it’s super convenient to Milano Centrale, but the surrounding area feels a bit unsafe at night.

Staff were so lovely, we had a bit of an incident in our room which was out of their control and they handled it really well and gave us a new room free of charge for just us! Clean, with a great location, super near the metro and walking distance from the main train station.
Blankets were a bit uncomfortable and scratchy. Definitely be prepared for the fact that you have to share as there is very little privacy. Bring a lock for the lockers.
