The room is worn down but quite clean
We had everything we needed for the short stay
Nice receptionist, answered all questions quickly, allowed to drop the bags in the morning
Bathroom is inconvenient, hard to get out of the shower

I liked the staff, they were really friendly.
Room was good, with comfortable bed and private bathroom.
The place is quiet so we slept deeply.
Small shower but it's not a big deal. At least bathroom was private, which is a really nice thing.

I had a nice stay here. I had no toilet in my room, but had a shower and a washbasin, which was a real plus. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the reception guys were kind. The neighbourhood was very calm and Italian (families and friends finishing dinner or taking an ice-cream outdoors at midnight)
We were in the middle of a terrible (almost record breaking I think) heat wave and there was no air conditioning, but in normal weather situations that should not be a problem in Milan.

On the plus side, the location is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful—they even assisted us in finding an open store and a pizzeria late at night. The rooms facing the inner courtyard were very quiet and comfortable.
We arrived 20 minutes late due to a flight delay, which we had notified the hotel about in advance. Despite the hotel listing stating that the reception is open 24hours/7 days, we were forced to pay a late check-in fee. Additionally, luggage storage was listed as an available service, but upon arrival, we were told they couldn't offer it. The air conditioning also came at an extra cost, which was disappointing. Lastly, one of our rooms faced the street and was a bit noisy.
