The staff was available at the front desk, and the front door was at least sometimes unlocked by staff when you arrived (just hit the buzzer and then it opened) so it felt very safe.
In a mixed gendered 3 bed room, at first it was just me and an older gentleman alone in the room. I'm nonbinary, but as a young feminine looking person the staff checked with me to make sure that I was okay with this. It was fine with me, but I appreciated the thought.
No bathroom in the room, but the toilets down the hall were clean, and there were several private shower rooms.
Pretty far from the main city, but it was only a few minutes walk to the metro. There was lots of cafes and a pizza place next door so it was easy to find food at night and in the morning.
This wasn't really a negative, but something to keep in mind is that the lockers in the rooms were very small (bring your own lock) that just fit my smaller backpack. I had met my roommates, and in a three bed room still felt comfortable leaving my stuff, but its something you might want to keep in mind.
They also had a sort of luggage storage area at the front desk where they could watch your luggage for you after checkout. I can't speak on this as I did not use it.

Plenty of coffee shops, a supermarket, restaurants etc nearby.
Located fairly close to the metro station.
Staff was OK.
Overall a decent accomodation.
There is no real kitchen, just some basic appliances. You have to request for cups and cutlery at the reception.
The common room is a bit chilly.
The neighbourhood around Lambrate station is so-so (lots of drunk and sometimes shady people, stinks of urine everywhere etc)

The hostel is very spacious and clean. I was very welcomed by the staff and owner of the hostel.
It was very quiet most of the time and I was able to have a good sleep during my stay.
I wish there is a kitchen for guests because I always cook for myself when traveling.

The place is good and was quiet and simple. We stayed in a double room and for a hostel, it was clean and had what was needed, but very basic. The public transport is close by and reception is open 24/7.
Two small towels; an old, outdated room. We went on a Formula 1 weekend and it was overpriced, as expected. The area can be a bit sketchy, but we felt safe. There is not many restaurant options at night, duirng the day you can find coffee places and supermarkets.
